For Jams & Preserves:

Fruit preserves can be so much more than toast spreads. You can make just about any meal come alive with flavor by adding a marmalade, chutney or jam to the ingredient list. HeathGlen's preserves in particular, lend a high flavor profile because of the abundance of fresh fruit (often enhanced with liqueurs and/or wine). The chart to the side offers some great appetizer pairings for the preserves. For some easy recipe ideas for using jams in meals, click here.
