Jellies
Sparkling, jewel-like jellies are made from the extracted juice of the fruit. Our jellies are soft set, with a texture that is firm enough to spread easily on toast, but tender enough to quiver on the knife.
Serving Suggestions: Jellies are of course, a classic and wonderful spread for toast and specialty breads. They are actually much more versatile however. Pepper jellies are great appetizers with cream cheese and crackers. Many of the jellies are superb as a glaze on broiled meats. Tart jellies make a wonderful sandwich spread. Heated up a bit, jellies make a delicious syrup for waffles, pancakes and ice cream; and all of the jellies are delightful as a glaze on fresh fruit tarts or cheesecake.
