Jams & Jellies
The taste of fresh fruit shines through in all of our jams, unmasked by excessive amounts of sugar and preservatives. Technically our jams are considered "preserves" as they all have either whole fruit or large pieces of cut fruit suspended in the jelled juice of the fruit. Our low-sugar jams will have a softer set than a commercial jam, but are still firm enough to spread on toast. Those jams marked as low-sugar use a low-sugar pectin, which allows a set with very little sugar and very little cooking time. No artificial sweeteners are used.
Sparkling, jewel-like jellies are made from the extracted juice of the fruit. Our jellies are soft set, with a texture that is firm enough to spread easily on toast, but tender enough to quiver on the knife.
